Stock availability may change without notice. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges, customs duties and other applicable costs are displayed separately during checkout where possible.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted.

Sale and promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period and while stock lasts.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order-confirmation email, but this does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when it has been processed and dispatched or made ready for collection.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

A product is unavailable
Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
Payment cannot be authorised
Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
Delivery cannot be completed to the supplied address
The order breaches these terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and approved payment providers. Yelo Ribon does not store complete payment-card details.

Delivery

We deliver to the locations available during checkout. Charges and estimated timeframes are outlined in our Delivery & Click & Collect policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Yelo Ribon remains responsible for the order until it is delivered in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available from our Buncrana store.

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before travelling to collect it. You may be asked to provide your order confirmation or identification.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, faulty products and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Eligible online purchases may generally be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the order.

Gift Cards

Yelo Ribon gift cards:

May be used only through the sales channels specified when issued
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission
Cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless expressly permitted
Remain subject to applicable consumer law

Any expiry date or additional condition will be clearly communicated when the gift card is purchased.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may:

Apply only for a limited period
Exclude selected products or collections
Require a minimum spend
Be limited to one use per customer
Be unavailable alongside another offer

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where it is used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
